Do you work with couples, families and groups? Then learning the basics of Improvisation-based therapy methods, such as Rehearsals! for Growth (RfG), is for you. Step beyond the edges of talk therapy into the realm of curiosity, play and self-discovery. An approach that integrates components of Internal Family Systems, Drama Therapy, Curiosity, Playfulness and an understanding of how Status influences personal choices, RfG is an excellent tool for those wanting to try new techniques to supplement your existing practice with minimal risk and maximum adventure.
These techniques can be used in Teletherapy as well as in face-to-face therapy sessions!

– founder of Rehearsals! for Growth, an improv-based drama therapy approach to working with couples and families – is a Professor Emeritus of Central Connecticut State University where he has been training MFTs 29 years. He is the author of numerous professional articles and books on action therapies including: Rehearsals for Growth: Theater Improvisation for Psychotherapists.
Jami Osborne, LMHC, MaCCS, RDT-BCT, RfG-CT
– is a drama therapist/trainer, Rehearsals for Growth Certified Trainer and clinician who works mostly with adult individuals. Jami is working on a book about using group methods, such as RfG, with individual clients.
