Most of life's difficulties stem from past or ongoing relationship problems.
In this open-ended, ongoing therapy group, we combine talk and novel action
methods to learn enjoyably (and safely) how to:
- Recognize strengths and weaknesses
- Develop cooperative relationships
- Overcome fears of hurt and betrayal
- Expand emotional expressiveness
- Open to playfulness.
These action methods, which are always voluntary, allow participants
to experience directly their existing patterns of interaction and safely
explore alternatives that might seem too risky or threatening to enact
in real life.
