Founded in 1984, Rehearsals! for Growth™ (RfG) is a novel method of psychotherapy and education which uses techniques from theater improvisation to achieve individual and interpersonal growth. RfG, a distinctive Drama Therapy of relationships, facilitates change by playfully exploring alternative roles through dramatic enactment. RfG provides vivid, immediate experiences and reaches all populations, including those who do not respond well to talk-only methods.
RfG Teaches You To:
- Create that “feel safe” environment necessary for your clients to take risks for growth
- Access spontaneity through improvisation
- Promote attentiveness and validation both of self and others
- Apply assessment skills using non-verbal cues
- Increase your own vitality, passion, and creativity

- Relationship Skills Training – offering playshops to non-client groups
of Individuals and Couples

RfG training workshops offer instruction in principles, concepts,

Charlotte A. Ramseur, LMFT: AAMFT Approved Supervisor; RfG Certified Trainer; Adjunct Professor in MFT at Central Connecticut State University. Trained in both Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems, she has a private psychotherapy practice in New Britain, Conn.
Maureen Sand, MSMFT: RfG Certified Trainer. She is an MFT therapist at the Klingberg Extended Day Treatment Program in New Britain, Conn. and specializes in working clinically with children and their families.
Jami Osborne, MA, LMHC, RDT/BCT, RfG-CT Jami Osborne has an M.A. in Transpersonal Drama Therapy studies & a Certificate in Integrated Holistic Health (Lesley University 2004), Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Counseling Psychology (Cambridge College 2007). She is a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), Board Certified Trainer (BCT) through the North American Drama Therapy Association. Jami has 30+ years experience teaching pre-school through geriatrics & practicing complementary health care, including mind/body approaches, energy & sound healing modalities, EMDR & spirituality. Diversity in all areas is a foundation of her practice. Peri-natal, hospice & end-of-life, complex medical & mental health concerns are current areas of specialty.
Daniel J. Wiener, Ph.D., LMFT, RDT-BCT: Professor in MFT at Central Connecticut State University; licensed psychologist, Diplomate in Family Psychology and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. He founded Rehearsals! for GrowthTM in 1984 and has trained over 2000 therapists in eight countries.
